L’Oreal mentioned in an announcement Saturday that it “has determined to take away the phrases white/whitening, honest/equity, mild/lightening from all its pores and skin night merchandise.”
The choice follows the same transfer by Anglo-Dutch firm Unilever on Thursday.
Earlier this month, L’Oreal tweeted that that it “stands in solidarity with the Black group and towards injustice of any variety.”
The publish drew a damaging response from individuals who see the corporate’s enterprise mannequin and promoting as centered on white shoppers.
